Councilmember Phil Bacerra expressly reserves the right to remove any inappropriate comments, content, or material, and/or block/deny access to any user who posts inappropriate comments, content, or material or otherwise violates these Social Media Terms of Use, without prior notice. Inappropriate comments, content, or material includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Offensive comments, content, or material that targets or disparages persons based on their ethnicity, race, gender, national origin, religious beliefs, and/or sexual orientation;
2. Defamatory statements;
3. Profane, obscene, vulgar, or abusive language;
4. Threats to any person or organization;
5. Sensitive information that may compromise the safety, security, or privacy of an individual or individuals;
6. Pornographic or sexually obscene content or material;
7. Comments, content, or material that incites, advocates, encourages, or promotes illegal activity or violence;
8. Harassment or content that constitutes and/or facilitates stalking;
9. Spam or links to other sites;
10. Content that advertises, promotes, or offers to trade any goods or services;
11. Any other conduct or content in violation of federal, state or local law.
