Anaheim’s train station sits a short distance from Angel Stadium in the left field parking lot and has not had much use for Angels fans…until now!
Beginning on Friday, April 8, the first home game of the 2011 season vs. the Toronto Blue Jays, Metrolink will run special Angels Express trains to all weekday home games that begin at 7:05 p.m. Currently, trains are scheduled to get fans to Angels Stadium about 30 minutes before first pitch. Please click here or contact Metrolink for times.
These $7 round-trip trains will serve fans as far north from Angels Stadium as Buena Park and Los Angeles to as far south as Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo.
Do not worry about getting home by train after the game. Angels Express trains are scheduled to depart 30 minutes after the actual end of the game.
The $7 round-trip Angels Express is much better than sitting in long traffic lines to get in and out of Angels Stadium and paying between $10 and $20 to park.
